Who we are

FedResume (getfedresume.com) is operated by CR OU OÜ, Nõmme tee 64-3, 11311 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”). Contact: [email protected].

FedResume is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to USAJOBS, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management or any federal agency.

What the service does

FedResume reads job announcements you choose, compares them with the career information you provide, and drafts resume text and reports. The drafts are suggestions: you are responsible for reviewing them and for the accuracy of everything you submit to an employer.

We do not guarantee that any application will be rated qualified, referred or selected. Hiring decisions are made by the agencies.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your inbox secure. You must be at least 18 and use the service for your own job search.

Honest use

Do not use FedResume to misrepresent your experience, education or credentials. The service is designed not to invent facts; you agree not to add false information yourself.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed in advance, monthly ($19) or yearly ($99), through Stripe, plus any applicable sales tax. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Pro then stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. Fair use: up to 60 AI actions per day.

Content

You keep all rights to your information and to the documents produced for you. You allow us to process them only to provide the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply where you live.
