What we collect
Your email address; the resume and career information you upload or type; the job announcements you add; the documents we produce for you; payment status from Stripe (we never see your card); and basic technical logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.
Why
To provide the service you request (contract), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet legal and tax obligations.
AI processing
Your career information and the announcements are processed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to produce your reports and resumes. They are not used to train models by us, and they are not sold or used for advertising.
Who else processes data
Hosting (Hetzner, Germany), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic). Each acts under a data processing agreement. Some are in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long
Your account data is kept while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, everything is deleted within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing, or ask for portability by writing to [email protected]. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information. You may also complain to a data protection authority.

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
