Editor, FedResume
Claudio Romanazzi
Claudio Romanazzi is the editor of FedResume. He comes from digital publishing and performance marketing, where the work is finding out what readers actually need and saying it plainly.
At FedResume he edits the guides on federal resumes, USAJOBS and federal hiring. Each rule a guide describes is checked against its primary source — OPM's qualification policies and guidance, the Code of Federal Regulations, and the announcements open on USAJOBS — and the guides are corrected when the rules change. How that works is set out in the editorial policy.
